Azerbaijani PM meets with Turkish Minister of National Education

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has met with Türkiye's Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers.

The sides expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of strategic partnership between the two countries across all areas, including education.

It was noted that an Azerbaijani school is set to open in Istanbul in the upcoming academic year.

Yusuf Tekin's visits to Karabakh University and secondary schools in Shusha, Fuzuli, and Aghdam were also highlighted with appreciation.

The parties also emphasized the importance of documents signed during the visit on cooperation in general and vocational education.

The meeting also included discussions on the current state and future prospects of collaboration in education-particularly vocational training-as well as the activities of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan University and other mutually relevant topics.
