Andriy Shevchenko: AFFA's steps vital for children's future development

The initiatives taken by Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) are crucial for the future development of children, FIFA ambassador and renowned former Ukrainian footballer Andriy Shevchenko stated, Report informs.

Speaking during the opening ceremony of a football pitch at School No. 247 in Baku, he highlighted the importance of such efforts for shaping future generations:

"I thank AFFA's leadership and the people of Azerbaijan for their support of my country. Today is a very important day for us - the opening of a football pitch. This is essential for future generations. I'm very pleased to contribute to the development of children in such a beautiful city as Baku. These steps are truly vital for children's growth and development."
