Technical assistance projects implemented by IMF in Azerbaijan discussed

On December 5, Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov met with Norbert Funke, director of the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia Regional Capacity Development Center (CCAMTAC) located in Kazakhstan, Report informs.
The meeting focused on the implementation status of technical assistance projects implemented by the Center in Azerbaijan, including technical assistance projects on fiscal risk management, macro-fiscal forecasting and modeling, and improvement of budget legislation.
The parties also exchanged views on the current state and prospects of their current relations with the IMF, as well as future development plans.
