SOCAR reduces gasoline imports to Ukraine

In November 2021, SOCAR Energy Ukraine, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), imported 3,600 tons of gasoline into Ukraine, 1,200 tons or 25% less than in October 2021, Report informs, referring to Ukrainian media.

The Azerbaijani company imported gasoline from Poland.

In November 2021, Ukraine imported a total of 109,000 tons of gasoline, which is 5% more than in the same month in 2020. This figure is 11.9% less than October 2021.

In November, the main imports came from the Belarusian refineries. Last month, Belarusian refineries exported 94,400 tons of gasoline to Ukraine, 10% more than a year earlier.

Compared with November 2020, Ukraine's import of gasoline from Poland dropped 16% to 14,400 tons in the same month of 2021.

From January through November 2021, Ukraine imported 1.158 million tons of gasoline, up 15.2% from the first 11 months of 2020.
