Arpachay Reservoir frozen in Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan

The Arpachay Reservoir, which has a total capacity of 150 million cubic meters, has frozen in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The reservoir, located in the Gumushlu village in the Sharur district, plays a vital role in the domestic and drinking water supply of the Sharur, Kangarli, and Sadarak districts of the NAR.
The Arpachay Reservoir is of strategic importance for the region's water resource management.
