Azeri Light crude rises 2.64% to $75.66 per barrel

The price of Azerbaijan's Azeri Light crude oil increased by $1.95, or 2.64%, to $75.66 per barrel on the global market, a source in the oil market told Report.
Following the latest trading session, September futures for Brent crude were priced at $71.87 per barrel.
At Türkiye's Ceyhan port, the FOB price of Azeri Light crude rose by $1.79, or 2.51%, to $72.94 per barrel.
Azerbaijan's 2026 state budget is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel.
Azeri Light reached its record low of $15.81 per barrel on April 21, 2020, while its all-time high of $149.66 per barrel was recorded in July 2008. The crude is produced under the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) oilfields development agreement, in which the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) holds a 31.65% stake.
