Nakhchivan posts $33.4M trade turnover in 1Q26

Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan conducted foreign trade operations worth $33.4 million in January–March 2026, the region's State Statistics Committee said, Report informs.
It said the figure was up 21.9% compared with the same period last year.
Exports accounted for $3.6 million of total trade turnover, while imports made up $29.8 million. Over the past year, exports rose 38.5% and imports increased 20.2%.
As a result, the foreign trade balance showed a deficit of $26.2 million, up 18% year on year.
