Labor activity not considered in disability assessment of persons under 15

In Azerbaijan, the ability to work will not be taken into account when assessing the disability of persons under 15.

According to Report, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision to amend the Cabinet of Ministers' Law on Disability Assessment.

A new paragraph has been added to the rule. Thus, during the assessment of disability, the ability to work in persons under 15 will not be assessed.
