Bahar Muradova says work underway to establish new shelters in Azerbaijan

Work is underway to create new shelters in Azerbaijan, the chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Bahar Muradova said at a briefing dedicated to the first six months of 2023, Report informs.
"Currently, there are five active shelters in the country. Of course, its capabilities do not correspond to the current need. Regional shelters are essential and are expected to be operational soon," she noted.
