Azerbaijani pilgrims returning home

Azerbaijani pilgrims are returning to their homeland, Vusal Jahangiri, head of the external relations department of the Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB), responsible for the electronic Hajj system, told Report.
The first group of pilgrims from Azerbaijan departed for Hajj on May 25. The cost of the package per person is $5,950. This year, Azerbaijan has been allocated a quota of 1,250 people for pilgrims.

Azerbaijani pilgrims are currently at Madinah International Airport, Vusal Jahangiri, head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMC) and coordinator of the electronic Hajj system, said.
According to Report, he stated that the first group of Azerbaijani pilgrims is scheduled to depart for home today between 11:00 and 12:00 local time.
"There are no changes to the flight schedule. Azerbaijani pilgrims are expected to land in Baku between 17:00 and 18:00 local time," Jahangiri confirmed.
