Allahshukur Pashazada to participate in G20 Interfaith Forum

On August 10, the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO), Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazada, will travel to Cape Town, South Africa, to participate in the G20 Interfaith Forum, Report informs, citing the CMB.
The Interfaith Forum, held on the eve of the G20 Summits, is a prestigious global interfaith platform with continuous activity. Sheikh-ul-Islam Pashazada, who has participated in the forum's events in Bologna, Bali, and Pune, has been invited to the next event in the Republic of South Africa by Cole Durham, President of the G20 Interfaith Forum.
The topic of the Cape Town Forum, which will take place on August 10-14, is Faith in Action. The Chairman of the CMB, who will speak at the opening plenary session of the G20 Interfaith Forum, is expected to participate in various cultural programs and meet with forum participants and officials during the event.
Azerbaijan will also be represented at the G20 Interfaith Forum by MPs, as well as Ravan Hasanov, Executive Director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center.
