Ukraine tightens border crossing rules

Ukraine has made it mandatory for everyone to present a negative PCR test for COVID when entering the country, Healthcare Minister Maksym Stepanov said at a briefing, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.
He noted that the corresponding decision of the government came into force on March 22, 2021.
“Regardless of which country a citizen comes from, everyone will have to provide a certificate of the PCR testing,” the minister said.
He noted that the test must be done no later than 48 hours before crossing the border.
The test results must be presented by both foreigners and Ukraine citizens.
