Turkiye, Armenia start air transportation

Turkiye and Armenia have started direct air transportation since January 1, 2023, Report informs, citing diplomatic sources.
In protest of the occupation of Azerbaijani lands, Turkey has closed its borders with Armenia since 1993 and cut all ties with Armenia. After the Second Karabakh War, steps were taken to normalize relations between Ankara and Yerevan.
