Türkiye acts in balanced manner between Ukraine and Russia, says Cavusoglu

Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu invited Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to Türkiye, Report informs.
He told reporters after the meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers that on April 4, he had a brief conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart:
"As you know, my Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov will visit Türkiye tomorrow. We always act in a balanced way between the parties. That's why I invited Kuleba to our country."
