Turkish President: We have alternatives to F-16s

"There are alternatives to F-16s in the world," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists, Report informs.
"We bought the S-400s because our wishes for the Patriots were not met. If the United States does not meet our needs, many countries in the world can do it," the head of state said.
The Armenian and Greek lobbies in the United States oppose the sale of F-16 fighter jets to Turkiye. Although US President Joe Biden promised to supply the jets to Turkiye, this is yet to be realized.
