Turkey’s Erdogan says ready to meet Taliban leadership

"If the Taliban cooperates with us properly, we will not make any conditions for a meeting with them."
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said as he returned from a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Report informs.
"As you know, we have pulled out our troops from Afghanistan. We do not have a military unit in Afghanistan. But if the Taliban cooperates with us properly, we have no preconditions to meet with them. Because we have a history of hundreds of years with the people of Afghanistan. If there is an agreement with the leadership, we can hold all kinds of talks. Our door is open for this."
