Russian MoD makes statement about attack on center of Ukraine

On July 14, high-precision sea-based Kalibr missiles hit the building of the garrison house of the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Vinnytsia, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

"In the building of the officers' house in Vinnytsia, a meeting was held between the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and foreign arms suppliers. As a result of the strike, the meeting participants were terminated," the Russian MoD said.

This is the first official statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding the missile attack on Vinnytsia.
