Russian Ambassador: "3 + 3" format can give positive energy to relations

Russia believes that issues of concern to all-region states will be discussed in the "3 + 3" format, Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin said.

"This format provides opportunities for dialogue and exchange of views on various issues of interest to the region's countries. In other words, this format can give positive energy to relations between countries," he noted.
