Russia sees over 350 COVID-related deaths per day

Over the past day, medical experts recorded 8,803 new cases of coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation, Report informs referring to Russian media.
The total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 4,771,372.
Currently, 268,145 Russians are undergoing treatment to beat the viral disease.
To date, a total of 108,588 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 356 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 4,394,639.
More than 147.8 million people globally have contracted the virus since the onset of the pandemic. The deadly pathogen has claimed over 3.12 million lives, though unable to cope with 125.4 million patients, who managed to recover.
