Russia sees about 34,000 new COVID cases

Over the past day, medical experts recorded 33,860 new cases of coronavirus infection in Russia, Report informs referring to the Operational Headquarters to combat the disease.
The total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 9,604,233.
To date, a total of 273,964 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 1,209 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 8,295,811, including 27,700 people over the past day.
