Russia may bring back food coupons

"Although the idea of introducing food coupons is not the only actual issue during the pandemic, it can be considered," Russian President Vladimir Putin said
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that Putin spoke during a meeting with the leaders of the State Duma factions on the introduction of food stamps for low-income citizens in the country.
"This issue has both positive and specific problems that need to be addressed. However, we can discuss it, "the President said.
