Putin, Michel hold phone conversation

Russian President Vladimir Putin and EU Council President Charles Michel had a telephone conversation over the situation in Ukraine, Report informs, citing the Kremlin's press service.
Vladimir Putin informed Charles Michel about the special operation in the Donbas region of Ukraine and revealed Russia's position.
The sides discussed the humanitarian aspects of the current situation in Ukraine.
