Putin: Armed mutiny would have been suppressed in any case

Any blackmail and attempts to create internal turmoil were bound to fail, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a televised address to the nation.
According to Report, the Russian leader said the armed mutiny would have been supressed in any case.
"The organizers of the mutiny betrayed their country and their people, as well as those who had stood with them," Putin said adding that Russia's enemies wanted Russia "to sink into bloody civil discord."
