Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had a short conversation, Report informs citing the Novosti.
As noted, their conversation took place before the summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA).
It is specified that the heads of the two states entered the hall where the summit was held, and had a conversation after a couple of minutes.
