New deputy FM appointed in Armenia

Paruyr Hovhannisyan has been appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Report informs.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decree in this regard.
Currently, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia is Ararat Mirzoyan.
