Lavrov says confidence among OSCE states at record low

Confidence among OSCE countries is at a record low, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a meeting with OSCE Chairman-in-Office Zbigniew Rau, Report informs.
According to him, Moscow is interested in Poland's initiative to resume dialogue on European security within the OSCE.
