The Russian army massively shelled Kharkiv from the Grad MLRS, leaving dozens killed, hundreds more injured, Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Herashchenko said on Facebook, Report informs.
"This horror must be seen by the whole world," he wrote.
