Three killed, 15 injured in Moscow blast

Three people were killed and 15 others injured in an explosion in central Moscow, Report informs, citing the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry for Moscow.

According to the ministry, the blast occurred at around 20:10 near a summer cafe outside building No. 1 on Kudrinskaya Square.

An Interior Ministry investigative team and emergency services are working at the scene.

The circumstances of the incident are being established.
