Kazakhstan and Gazprom sign deal to boost gas supplies in 2025–2026

Kazakhstan has signed an agreement with Russia's Gazprom to increase Russian gas supplies to the Central Asian country in 2025 and 2026, the Russian energy company said, Report informs.
The document was signed during a working meeting by Kazakhstan's First Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar and Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller.
"During the meeting, the sides discussed the current status and future prospects of cooperation in gas supply, transportation, and processing," the statement said.
In November 2023, Gazprom and the Kazakh government signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement.
