ICRC Director General to discuss bilateral cooperation with Russian FM

"We intend to discuss bilateral cooperation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Karabakh, Ukraine, Syria, and Africa."
The Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Peter Maurer, who attended the security conference in Moscow, said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to him, the issues to be discussed with the Russian minister are very comprehensive: "We can also touch upon the conflict regions in Africa during the discussion. Russia is interested in participating in the Sakhalin countries, the Central African Republic, and other places. "
Maurer said he also planned to discuss the situation in Myanmar and Afghanistan with Lavrov during the conference.
