"Georgian Dream" nominates Giorgi Gakharia as PM

"Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia" has nominated Giorgi Gakharia as the Prime Minister of the country.
According to the Georgian Bureau of Report, Gakharia will present the government's new composition and program to the legislature this week.
The government's composition and the program must be submitted to the legislature no later than the ninth day after the removal of the previous government.
Gaining trust requires the support of a majority in the full Parliament.
45-year-old Gakhariya has served as head of government since September 2019. Before that, he was the Minister of the interior.
