Georgia's COVID death toll surpasses 8,800

Over the past day, 1,132 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

The country has reported 2,956 COVID recoveries and 30 deaths, Report's Georgian Service informs with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 606,492 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 576,498 of them have recovered, while 8,817 have died.
