European Parliament adopts resolution supporting Ukraine and Moldova's EU membership

The European Parliament has adopted a resolution on Ukraine and Moldova, Report informs, citing Deutsche Welle.
The legislature has supported granting both countries the status of candidates for membership in the European Union (EU).
The final decision on whether to grant candidate status to Ukraine and Moldova will be made today at the EU summit in Brussels, Belgium.
