"We will have extensive and detailed discussions with Mr. Putin in Samarkand. In particular, we will exchange views on the grain corridor," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in an interview with journalists upon his return from the Balkan countries.
"I think Mr. Putin's opinion that 'grain goes to rich countries, not poor ones' is correct. It should not be like this. Because the priority is that poor countries do not remain in a difficult situation. But that is not the case now. In Samarkand, I will ask Putin to export Russian products to the world market through the corridor," he said.
