Armenian lawyer sues Pashinyan

Lawyer Tigran Atanesyan has filed a lawsuit against acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the Administrative Court of Armenia, Report informs, citing datalex.am.
As part of the lawsuit, Atanesyan demands to recognize the absence of legal grounds for Nikol Pashinyan to fulfill his duties as prime minister after the publication on April 25 of the presidential decree accepting the government's resignation.
The trial on the suit of the ex-President of Armenia Robert Kocharian against Pashinyan began yesterday.
