Armenia's COVID-19 death toll approaches 2,600

Armenia confirmed 1,174 new coronavirus cases, bringing the nationwide tally to 151,392, Report says, citing the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health.

The death toll reached 2,581 as 25 more fell victims to the virus. So far, 129,990 people have recovered from the infection.

There are currently 18,179 active COVID-19 patients in the country.
