4 people executed in Iran

Four local residents of Baloch origin were executed in Zahedan prison in the center of Iran's Sistan and Baluchistan province, and another person in Adilabad prison in Shiraz city, Report informs, citing the Iran Human Rights Organization.

They were accused of illegal drug trafficking.

Since the transparency of the courts in Iran is not ensured, the public has doubts about the fairness of execution decisions.
