Azerbaijan, Armenia hold talks on demining and delimitation

Government delegations of Azerbaijan and Armenia, chaired by Deputy Prime Ministers  Shahin Mustafayev and Mher Grigoryan, respectively, conducted mutual visits today.

According to Report, the meeting served as a practical continuation of the agreements reached on August 8 this year in Washington.

During the talks, the parties discussed issues related to the delimitation and demining of relevant sections of the border, as well as the restoration and construction of necessary infrastructure and the timelines for their implementation, aiming to synchronize actions in establishing communications.

The heads of the delegations also exchanged views on organizing the next meeting of the state commissions on the delimitation of the Azerbaijan–Armenia state border.
