50 new STEAM classrooms being created in Nakhchivan schools

Fifty new STEAM classrooms are being established in schools of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

According to Report"s Nakhchivan bureau, these classrooms will play an important role in enhancing students" knowledge and skills in STEAM education using visual aids, as well as in developing their critical and creative thinking.

This academic year, the Nakhchivan Ministry of Education acquired, through a tender, and provided general education institutions with 3D pens, distance sensors, optical sensors, solar panels, servo motors, and other equipment for STEAM classrooms.

As a result, in line with the "State Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023–2027," STEAM classrooms have now been equipped in 154 educational institutions.
