Trump urges Syrian leader to normalise Israel relations

US President Donald Trump encouraged Syria to sign the Abraham Accords - a US-led initiative for Middle East nations to normalise relations with Israel during a meeting withinterim Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, Report informs via BBC.
They will continue to add more countries to the Abraham Accords, Trump says, for the normalisation of relations with Israel in the region.
He earlier thanked Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates for signing the agreement.
