Residents of Kyiv, Ukraine, heard explosions on the morning of November 11, Report informs.
An air-raid warning was issued only after several explosions.
Thus, powerful explosions were heard on the left bank of the city of Kyiv. Early reports indicate that an air defense system was responding to ballistic missiles.
