Pentagon sees signs of Ukrainians' 'going on an offensive'

The Ukrainians are "in places and at times going on an offensive," Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said, Report informs, citing CNN.
According to him, there are so far no serious changes in the Russian troops' advancement. He said they see no push toward Kyiv. According to Kirby, the Russian troops failed to move beyond Chernihiv.
