Netherlands to send 18 F-16s to Romania

The Netherlands will provide 18 F-16 fighter jets to the training center in Romania, Dutch Minister of Defence Ruben Brekelmans said on X, Report informs.
The minister said that he held discussions with the representatives of the American company Lockheed Martin for the training of Ukrainian pilots with F-16 aircraft.
“We are currently establishing an F-16 training center in Romania. The Netherlands will provide the training center with 18 fighters by the end of 2025,” Brekelmans said.
