Media: Next sanctions against Russia and Belarus to be adopted at end of February

The European Union (EU) may impose new sanctions on Belarus and Russia in February, said Rikard Jozwiak, Europe Editor of Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty.
According to him, it is unlikely that the new restrictions will be adopted at the EU-Ukraine summit.
The journalist noted that the sanctions would be adopted at the end of February.
