Emin Huseynov: Resumption of Baku-Aghdam train - crucial symbol of return to liberated territories

Resumption of the Baku-Aghdam train is a very crucial symbol of the great return to Azerbaijan's liberated territories, Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, told journalists, Report informs.

"Today, the Baku-Aghdam train has started operating. It is truly a very joyful day for our country and our people," Huseynov noted.

He added that the uniqueness of the Aghdam Railway and Bus Terminal Complex is that for the first time in the country, the train stops at an indoor platform: "There is a covered platform here, which will allow passengers to be received at the station at any time regardless of weather conditions."

On August 30, the Baku-Aghdam train resumed its operation after 32 years.
