"Kyiv has repeatedly offered Moscow to arrange the meeting between Russian and Ukrainian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, but the Russian side has a question regarding the agenda of the meeting," Putin's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists, Report informs, citing TASS.
"Kyiv does not answer our simple question. Why arrange this meeting, and what is it aimed at? We tell them, 'if you have questions other than Donbas, ask them.' But no answer," the Kremlin spokesman said.
He noted that the contacts between Moscow and Kyiv on the highest level seem unreal yet.
