No one should underestimate Russia or the dangers facing the world today, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in an article “A Stronger NATO for a More Dangerous World” published in Foreign Affairs Magazine, Report informs.
According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin is clamping down on freedoms and deepening divisions within his own country, as the Wagner paramilitary company’s rebellion clearly demonstrated.
Stoltenberg said Russia’s illegal war against Ukraine is a turning point in history.
