The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that a missile launched from Yemen towards Israel was successfully intercepted before it could breach Israeli airspace.
Report informs, citing an IDF spokesperson, that the missile was detected by early warning systems, triggering sirens across the region. The Iron Dome, which has a success rate of over 90%, swiftly engaged the incoming projectile, destroying it in mid-air. The sirens were activated as a precautionary measure due to the possibility of falling debris from the intercepted missile.
