Iran says attacks on Bahrain targeted US military base

The Iranian army has announced that it targeted the US Sheikh Isa military base in Bahrain with drones, the state news agency Fars noted, Report informs.
According to the army, the base is one of the key facilities for the US Navy's Fifth Fleet and is at the centre of US operations.
It added that offensive operations would continue until "the enemy is deterred from continuing its attacks on the country."
