Head of EC: EU discussing 12th package of sanctions against Russia

The EU is discussing the 12th package of sanctions against Russia, including a ban on the export of Russian diamonds, which should be adopted in cooperation with the G7, head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen said, Report informs referring to TASS.

She noted that the EC will soon present proposals on how to use the proceeds from 211 billion euros of frozen assets of the Russian Federation to finance Kyiv.
